Passed New Year and a week has passed, I call again and they tell me that they are sending it and it will be there within a week, but OF COURSE then I have to wait another week, because when I receive it, they should send me a pin code. What is the result: more than a month has passed! And they are still sending me a card, what kind of horror is this?! Forgive me, what should I live on ?? I understand different reasons, but I have never had such problems with other banks, I regret that I will have to use your services ...

Not a loyal, customer-focused bank. Approached for a consultation on obtaining a loan to a girl in Dana. The girl showed with her whole appearance that she did not care about the client, she sat sawing her nails and did not even put down the nail file when I approached her. She gave advice reluctantly, as if she was doing a favor. I asked to check in advance whether they would give a loan for my salary, she did not check anything, she simply said that of course they would and continued to cut her nails. As a result, we applied for a loan, they checked us for 3 days, the loan was issued 2 p less than we applied without explaining the reason, although the salary allowed us to take an amount much larger than requested. As a result, we went to another bank, which issued a loan for the desired amount, and also offered to take more, the decision was made there in 1 day without nerves for us and with adequate specialists. bnb-bank is an extremely unreliable bank

Specialist number 3 worked quickly and it was only thanks to her that the queue moved. Specialist number 5 slept over each document. The request to the management is to take into account after working hours, when people go to the bank after work, so that more specialists than 1.5 people work.
