On prices for design and survey work for construction for the II quarter of 2019

As part of the implementation of the powers of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation to develop and implement public policy and regulatory and legal regulation in the field of rationing and pricing in the design and construction of the Ministry of Construction of Russia, in addition to the letter dated April 10, 2019 No. 12661-DV / 09, informs about the recommended value of forecast indices for changes in the estimated cost of construction in the II quarter of 2019, including including the value of predictive indices of change in the estimated cost of construction and installation works, predictive indices of change in the estimated cost commissioning, predictive indices of change in the estimated cost of project and survey work(hereinafter - Indexes).
These Indices were developed for the 2001 budget and regulatory framework in accordance with the provisions methodological recommendations on the development of indices of changes in the estimated cost of construction, approved by order of the Ministry of Construction of Russia dated February 9, 2017 No. 84 / pr, using data from the Federal Autonomous Institution "Glavgosexpertiza of Russia", executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation for the 1st quarter of 2019, taking into account the forecast inflation rate established by Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.
At the same time, it is reported that the Indices for the constituent entities of the Russian Federation that are not in Appendix 1 to the letters, as well as the Indices for equipment, for other work and costs will be reported additionally.

- Indices of changes in the estimated cost of design work for construction to directories base prices on design work:
- 4,15 ;
- to the price level as of January 1, 1995, taking into account the provisions given in the letter of the Gosstroy of Russia dated January 13, 1996 No. 9-1-1/6 - 31,98 .
- Indices of changes in the estimated cost of survey work for construction to reference books of basic prices for engineering survey:
- to the price level as of January 1, 2001 - 4,23 ;
- to the price level as of January 1, 1991, taken into account in the reference books of basic prices for engineering surveys and the collection of prices for survey work for capital construction taking into account temporary recommendations for clarifying base prices determined by the Collection of prices for survey work for capital construction, recommended for use by the letter of the Ministry of Construction of Russia dated December 17, 1992 No. BF-1060/9 - 47,78.

5. An electronic appeal is not considered when:
- the absence of the name and surname of the applicant;
- indication of an incomplete or inaccurate postal address;
- the presence of obscene or offensive expressions in the text;
- the presence in the text of a threat to the life, health and property of an official, as well as members of his family;
- using a non-Cyrillic keyboard layout or only capital letters when typing;
- the absence of punctuation marks in the text, the presence of incomprehensible abbreviations;
- the presence in the text of a question to which the applicant has already received a written answer on the merits in connection with previously sent appeals.
6. The response to the applicant of the appeal is sent to the postal address specified when filling out the form.
7. When considering an appeal, it is not allowed to disclose the information contained in the appeal, as well as information relating to privacy citizen without his consent. Information about the personal data of applicants is stored and processed in compliance with the requirements Russian legislation about personal data.
8. Appeals received through the site are summarized and submitted to the leadership of the Ministry for information. The answers to the most frequently asked questions are periodically published in the sections "for residents" and "for specialists"
