Estimated repayment schedule for the "consumer" loan

–  –  –

At the end of the term, in addition to the principal amount of the debt, you pay only 3,440 rubles, which is only 6.9%.

HOW TO PLACE PERSONAL SAVINGS

Personal savings are accepted only from members-shareholders of the CCC "KSU".

The conditions and procedure for attracting funds from members of the cooperative are based on the principles: voluntariness, urgency, payment and repayment.

The contributor grants the right to the cooperative to use the funds in accordance with the Charter of the cooperative to form the Mutual Financial Assistance Fund with its subsequent use for the statutory purposes of the KCU KSU.

The shareholder of KPKG "KSU" has the right to transfer credit cooperative cash under a personal savings transfer agreement in the amount of 5,000 to 200,000 thousand rubles. The contract is concluded on the condition of the return of funds after one year and one day with the payment of targeted compensation in the amount of 15% per annum (in rubles). In case of early termination of the contract for the transfer of personal savings at the initiative of the depositor, but not earlier than after one month, the cooperative returns to him the amount of transferred funds with the payment of target compensation in the amount of 0.5% per annum.

Since any income of citizens of the Russian Federation is subject to personal income tax, the cooperative is obliged to withhold tax from you and transfer it to the budget.

According to federal law dated July 27, 2010 No. 207-FZ “On Amendments to Chapter 23 of Part Two tax code Russian Federation”, income received under a personal savings transfer agreement (loan agreement) is not taxed, if the annual interest rate under such an agreement does not exceed the value of the “refinancing rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation + 5%”. And only from the excess of the annual interest rate over the value of "refinancing rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation + 5%"

tax is charged at a rate of 35%. With a change in the refinancing rate, the non-taxable part of income will change.

For example:

The shareholder transferred cash savings under interest rate 15% per annum.

The refinancing rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation at the time of income calculation is 8.25% per annum.

The tax-free rate will be as follows: 8.25% + 5% = 13.25% per annum.

The taxable rate will be as follows: 15% - 13.25%=1.75% per annum.

After taxation, the real income of a shareholder will be 14.39%

For the last hundred years, in the Moscow education system and in the education system of the Russian Federation, there has been only one really mass social organization protecting the interests of employees and students. The All-Russian Trade Union of Education unites in its ranks about 5 million teachers, university professors, workers of preschool educational institutions, institutions of additional education, students of universities and colleges. In Moscow, more than 388 thousand people are members of our trade union.

The main function of the trade union is to represent the interests of workers, primarily in the field of wages. Assistance in drawing up a collective agreement, advice to the chairmen of trade union organizations in the course of labor disputes, representation of the interests of trade union members in court is a direct responsibility of the legal inspectorate of the Moscow City Trade Union Organization.

Public control over the observance of this right of workers to safe working conditions is carried out by trade union representatives. Our technical labor inspectorate participates in the investigation of accidents at work, assists employees in the preparation of documents for compensation and benefits. We insure all members of the trade union in case of an industrial injury resulting in disability.

Under the Moscow city organization of the trade union, there is the Credit Union of Teachers, whose members have the opportunity to receive loans for treatment, recreation, study, and consumer needs.

Our summer vacation programs for students, educators and their children are very popular.

We also implement social programs in the field of voluntary health insurance, non-state pension insurance, we are developing a trade union discount card program.

The trade union participates in the organization of professional pedagogical competitions "Teacher of the Year", "The Coolest Class", "Young University Teacher", and also arranges its own: "Teacher's Salsa", the festival of amateur art of teachers "Rainbow", "Pedagogical Start".

An important direction of the work of the trade union is the organization of training of trade union activists and young teachers of the capital.

Thus, a trade union is an organization that helps a teacher of any age, at all stages of his professional life. Therefore, we have been working for so many years and look to the future with great optimism.
