Increase in the minimum wage from July 1, 2017

Application of the minimum wage

The MOT is used for:

  • Regulation of wages. In accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, the salary of an employee of any organization for a fully worked month cannot be less than the minimum wage.

Federal state, budgetary and autonomous institutions are not required to apply the regional minimum wage.
