Anyone can take part in the dictation absolutely free of charge. The main criterion is knowledge of the Russian language.

The dictation will be held in the form of a test, in two versions - for schoolchildren and everyone else. In addition, for those who will not be able to visit face-to-face sites, an on-line version is provided. True, it will be the same for all age groups and therefore easier. Instructions for writing the Dictation on-line and a link to the start page will be published on the website of the Free Economic Society of Russia www.veorus.ru on the day of the Dictation at 12:00 Moscow time. Unlike the face-to-face form of the test, participants in the on-line version will be able to receive the results immediately.

Each version of the Dictation will consist of tasks of varying degrees of complexity, and include a knowledge test economic concepts and terms, approaches, methods and tools for managing economic processes in solving various problems and the ability to apply this knowledge in practice.

Before the start of the Dictation, each participant will receive a printed form of a tear-off sheet, a form for writing the Dictation and instructions for filling it out. Exactly one hour will be given to complete the Dictation tasks.

Maximum amount points, which can be obtained by correctly answering all questions - 100. Dictation participants who have scored more than 80 points will be invited to the final of the All-Russian project "Festival economics". The rest will receive a certificate of participation in the All-Russian Economic Dictation.
